From sheet to finished part

Scroll to cut a set of letters and a bracket, then take the bracket through the workshop.

  1. Cut on the CNC

The cutter follows the drawing round every letter and part, then the pieces lift out of the sheet.

  2. Folded

Sheet metal is folded on the press into brackets, trays and returns.

  3. Welded

We weld the joints, with gussets where a bracket has to carry weight.

  4. Powder coated

A hard painted finish in your colour, on the letters and the metalwork.

  5. Galvanised

Steel that lives outside can be galvanised instead, or underneath the powder coat.
